It’s a phrase we’re hearing more and more often. To simplify the complexity of this state of affairs, we have invited Dr. Michael Marks,a Board Certified Psychologist and trauma therapist, to speak with us. He has dedicated his career to working with survivors of all ages, both military and civilian, for the last 40 years. Ultimately and predictably, we will look back on this time with some useful memory of all the interdependent ways we have been affected by this Covid quarantine period and how we can better use coping skills to move forward with productive empathy in the years to come.
