College Football Season Begins | Illinois Fighting Illini Football News

College football’s back, and this season promises wild rides for every team. Notre Dame dreams big—championship or couch-bound after last year’s heartbreak—with a revamped roster and QB pressure mounting. Illinois surges under Bret Bielema, riding momentum from three straight bowls and aiming for ten wins, though tough matchups with Northwestern and Iowa could derail them. Northwestern’s got high hopes too, targeting conference titles and playoff spots by crushing weaker foes like South Dakota State and then facing giants like Ohio State. Meanwhile, Northern Illinois enters the Mountain West with new coach Rob Harley, bracing for brutal early tests against Power Five teams—and maybe just maybe, they’ll shock everyone into a bowl berth. This is going to be a season of chaos, drama, and unforgettable moments. Listen in comfort:Get a discount on a Soli Pillow: http://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
