What a weekend of high quality college lacrosse. We had some close games, no absolute blowouts and the stage is set for Memorial Day Weekend which for lacrosse fans has become one of the most holy holiday weekends of the year. We’re going to talk about Virginia’s win over Georgetown, Duke’s win over Michigan, Penn State’s win over Army as well as Notre Dame’s win over Johns Hopkins. But we’ll also dive into the DII and DIII semifinal games played this weekend that saw Mercyhurst upset Lemoyne and Lenoir-Rhyne take out Limestone.
