RIVER FALLS, Wis. — Pipestone Area Schools’ senior sprinter Aurora Winsel has found the right fit. Winsel on Wednesday, April 1 in the PAS Library signed an NCAA Letter of Intent to join the track and field program at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. “I looked at a few colleges, and UWRF really had the whole package,” Winsel said, “the major I wanted, a great track team and a beautiful campus.
