In this episode of Grown Man News, host Felix C. Arroyo tackles a topic many men shy away from with a blend of raw vulnerability, transparency, and much-needed humor. Aimed at men in their 40s and 50s, this candid conversation dives headfirst into the awkward, often taboo world of health screenings, preventive care, and specifically, getting a colonoscopy.Felix shares his personal, slightly comical, and entirely relatable story about scheduling his own screening. Expecting a standard procedure, he found himself surprised by an alternative option: an at-home kit. What follows is a humorous yet poignant look at the confusion, the apprehension, and the realization that taking charge of men's health often means pushing past deep-seated embarrassment.Follow Felix:Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/_itsthejourneyman_?igsh=aXI0OWYyMHBvNGd6Threads: https://www.threads.com/@_itsthejourneyman_YouTube: https://youtube.com/@itsthejourney_man?si=BVwqIszUm-5b_rZlX: https://x.com/MrJMC717Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/share/1DDWWi6eN5/
