Color Speak, Episode 1, Keeping Things Real with Emily

from Color Speak: Unveiling Truth for Light · host J. M. Huxley

Light is where you'll find truth, truth is where you'll find color.Color is where you'll find God.He hasn't gone missing from the planet, you know. Though he's always assuring us of this truth, we often forget it. We compare our God moments to others, we chalk messages up to coincidence, and we render possibility to inadequacy, or worse, to non-existence.Today I talk with twenty-four year old Emily Flinn, my third youngest daughter, for a real conversation about what faith looks like from her perspective. When I first began thinking about doing a podcast (or first began hearing the voice of God instructing me to), I knew at some point my girls would be a part of it. I have six girls, and we make a great team. (This is true of my two sons as well. Taylor, aka well-known music producer and DJ, Brian Flinn, produced the sound for Color Speak.) Everyone is blessed with different talents that make us terrific when we work together. We were all designed to help one another. This podcast is dedicated to encouraging you! Here we share the big, supernatural stories, and the everyday whispers to affirm you on your path to seeing what is beyond the visible.Color.J.M. Huxley (Janet Huxley) is an award-winning author and broadcast news anchor. Currently, she is a morning news anchor for conservative radio; formerly,  an airborne traffic and news reporter and the operations director for the San Diego and Kansas City offices of Westwood One’s Metro Networks.  Her recently released, speculative novel, entitled COLOR for CANVAS is already a best-seller.
