COLOSSIANS 1:15

Jesus; the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. This verse describes Jesus as both the express image of the invisible God, a position that no one else can claim and also as the firstborn of all creation. You may want to ask, how is He the firstborn of all creations? Jesus became man and became the firstborn from the dead. He stands as the Lamb slain, representing creation before God. His victory over the grave validated Him. And because He has a resurrected body, the new creation will also have a resurrected body. Because He has eternal life, we also have eternal life.
