If you are looking to hear from God, start by reading His Word. Pastor Richard warns in today's message not to put too much focus on obtaining spiritual experiences. The Apostle Paul warned the early Church about the same thing. God has given you all that you need to know Him in His Word. The Lord will never say or do anything that contradicts His Word or His character. Measure every spiritual encounter you have against Scripture.
