Colossians: Part 6 (Chapter 2:11-23)
from Equip Church CoMo Hosted by Equip Church CoMo
In this week’s message, Pastor LT continues our series through Colossians with Part 6, diving into Colossians 2:11–23. This powerful passage warns believers not to be taken captive by empty rituals, religious rules, or the traditions of men that masquerade as spiritual maturity. Pastor LT challenges us to consider: Are we chasing Christ or are we chasing man-made trophies? Are we rooted in relationship or relying on rituals? Through Paul's teaching to the church in Colossae, we’re reminded that: True transformation begins in the heart, not in external practices. Legalism, false humility, and religious pride can disconnect us from the Head—Christ. We are already made alive in Christ; we don’t need to add to what He has done. If you’ve ever felt pressured to “do more” to be accepted by God—or struggled with feeling like you don’t measure up spiritually—this message will bring clarity, freedom, and a renewed focus on Jesus. 🎧 Listen now and discover how to break free from the shadows and live fully in the substance: Christ Himself.
