Colourful Colombia (P.1)

This week we explore the colourful coastline of Colombia.We sail into Cartagena, and venture into natural lands full of thick rainforest, coffee farms and golden sandy beaches. We visit national parks, sleep in hammocks, waterfall jumps and of course learn about cacao and the beautiful beans that we so gratefully eat in our chocolate bars each day. I also talk about minimalism, consumerism and mindfulness in nature. I give some gentle advices to ease you out of your head. Think of wood anatomy, shell structures and leaf patterns. It’s all about the present moment, and when you can focus in on something and appreciate the simple things, it won’t be long before your body is at one with nature, and at a peaceful state. Thanks as always to the Patrons, I couldn’t do this without you, your support means the world to me.
