This 20 year old is right off the cusp of back squatting 500 pounds. That's right, 500 pounds! Colton has been in fitness all of his life. And working out is just something he has to do. He has made it a healthy part of his life. He discusses football and discovering wrestling late in his high school career. Colton also talks about his favorite things, including his favorite Marvel movie which will shock everyone. I about fell out of my chair when he said this crazy third movie in this classic trilogy.
