Colts Cast: Deciphering Chris Ballard's end of season press conference with Chris Blystone

As he does at the end of each season, Chris Ballard sat behind a microphone for over an hour to give his thoughts on the Indianapolis Colts 2019 season in review. Ballard, through his own recollections and through the team's local beat writers, was upfront and realistic in his end of the year discussion about the team and how the season turned into a 7-9 result after beginning at 5-2. Ballard spoke, and was honest about Jacoby Brissett, his play, his lack of consistency, and the offense's poor performances throughout the year.
