Colts GM Chris Ballard Confident in Josh Downs Potential The Indianapolis Colts have made significant changes to their roster, signing quarterback Daniel Jones and wide receiver Alec Pierce, but losing star receiver Michael Pittman Junior to the Pittsburgh Steelers.
