Columbia River Bridge Replacement RFQ Launches

The Interstate Bridge Replacement Program has issued a request for qualifications for the Columbia River Bridge Replacement project, the primary contract for the first construction phase. Backed by $5.7 billion in funding, the new crossing will feature two fixed-span bridges with light rail, shared-use paths, and bus-on-shoulder service.
