They speak with Debbie and Lisa from Rudy Luther Toyota. As one of the GMs in the Luther organization, Debbie talks about their corporate training center and program for training techs for all of their dealership brands. This program includes a weekly stipend, free tuition, up to a $4,000 tool scholarship, and job placement. There is currently a waiting list to get in!While not every dealership can offer this size and scale of training, we discuss what can be done at a smaller level.
