Combinations Episode 35 - Digital Exemplars - Community Aide

Combined Healthcare is proud to be a national Digital Exemplar. Over the next few weeks, we will be shining a light on some specific digital innovations in the support we are giving to frontline staff and the service users whose care they deliver - talking directly with the clinical and digital staff working hand in hand to deliver them. In this first example, we focus on our Community Aide app. This allows our community staff to complete their contemporaneous notes of visits and care offline and in situ, rather than having to spend unnecessary effort and time returning back to the office to type up several visits once a network connection is available.
