Come Follow Me for Dec 30 to Jan 5 - Introduction to The Book of Mormon

Discussion of the introductory passages of The Book of Mormon. I provide some high level thoughts as to how we as Latter-day Saints should approach The Book of Mormon by focusing on thoughts presented in the introduction passages themselves. We highlight the two histories that we must consider in order to take The Book of Mormon seriously, namely the history presented in the record itself and the history of it coming forth in the latter-days. The conclusion is, the fact that we have the book itself is a miracle that demands our serious attention and study, though the most important quality is not its historicity but its ability to reveal to us Jesus Christ.
