In this week’s Come Follow Me for Teens episode, we study Deuteronomy 6–8; 15; 18; 29–30; 34 and Moses’s final counsel to the children of Israel before they entered the promised land. After forty years in the wilderness, Moses warned them not to forget the Lord. That same warning matters for us today. It can be easy to remember God when life is hard, but much harder to remember Him when life is comfortable, busy, or going well. In this episode, we talk about how teens can remember the Lord in everyday life, recognize His hand in blessings they may have missed, and trust Him even when life does not go the way they hoped. We also look at the example of Moses, who saw the promised land but was not allowed to enter, and what his faith can teach us about trusting God’s plan. This week’s study invites each of us to create reminders of Christ, notice God’s quiet blessings, and find joy through faith in Him no matter our circumstances.
