"Submission, Holy Ghost, and Gifts" As we look throughout the scriptures, there are certain "points of introduction" where the authors, as they lay out their spiritual reasoning, give us a clue as to what they are going to cover. In this case, Doctrine and Covenants 46 begins with the Holy Ghost, then goes into submission and the gifts of the Spirit.
