This week we are studying Doctrine and Covenants sections 98-101. There was a theme throughout this week’s reading which had to do with avoiding contention and promoting peace. We’ll talk about the counsel the Lord has given, throughout the dispensations, to avoid conflict as much as possible. We’ll review the doctrine of forgiveness and the promises extended to those who follow this. We’ll talk about the other promises the Lord has extended to those who let Him fight their battles.
