In this episode we'll talk about Romans 1-6. This is the first of the New Testament epistles, or letters, written by leaders of the church to local church members. Paul writes many of these letters and they comprise most of the remaining books in the New Testament. One of the themes in this week’s reading is that of hope. When people have anxiety and depression, hope can be very difficult to come by. But Paul teaches how hope is possible even in the most desperate of circumstances.
