Come Follow Me: Mental Health Insights: Week Thirty-One (7/25/22 to 7/31/22)

from Come Follow Me: Mental Health Insights with Dr. David T. Morgan · host Dr. David T. Morgan

In this episode we'll talk about the story of Esther, which is one of my favorite Old Testament stories. We'll review the courage it took for her to intervene on behalf of her people, especially when the likelihood of death was high. We'll talk about how difficult tasks require courage and effort to manage. Specifically, we'll discuss how mental health issues often take a long time, with extended effort, to change for the better. This is not a bad thing, because as we engage in diligent effort over time, not only do we see results, but we learn valuable skills that will help in other matters of personal improvement.  There are free worksheets available for all the invitations made in the weekly podcasts. To get access to them, please sign up for my email newsletter. Not only will you get access to the free worksheets, but access to many more free strategies to help manage your mental health.
