Come Follow Me Proverbs and Ecclesiastes Take a Second
from Take a Second for Come Follow Me Hosted by Brian Ricks and Stuart Black
Proverbs is filled with little flecks of gold nuggets of wisdom. However, many of them may seem so small or trivial that some might miss the benefits. One challenge to these words of wisdom is the fact that we often struggle to see the wisdom due to living in a mortal or fallen world -- "under the sun" as the author of Ecclesiastes put it. The messiness of mortality can cause some of us to feel like God is not listening and not keeping his promises. We address these concerns and some of our favorite nuggets in this episode of Take a Second for Come Follow Me.
