When we are faced with uncertainties in life, when we are weary and overwhelmed, isn’t that exactly what we need? Someone to lighten our load? Jesus promises to be that Someone. “Let me teach you,” He says, leading us to know Him deeper so that we can take hold of that promise. He wants us to understand the peace and rest that only He can give so that we can be brave in uncertain situations. We might not know what tomorrow holds, but we can know with certainty Who holds our tomorrows. We can come to Him to find our rest. We can be brave in uncertainty.
