The legacy of a really good party ought to be another party! And we had a really good party last New Year’s Eve at Alchemy Theatre when the good folks at the Geneva Kent Center for the Arts hosted The 1937 Flood’s 50th birthday bash. We are thrilled that our friends at Alchemy want us back for an encore. Mark your calendar — Sunday afternoon, April 21 — we’re going to welcome Spring 2024 with a whole afternoon of songs and stories. We’re calling it The Spring Floodango! And Our Guest Artist…And not only that, we have a special guest who will join us for the day. Douglas Eye — singer/songwriter Doug Imbrogno — who rocked the night at our birthday bash on New Year’s Eve will be back to do a full set. That’s going to be a ball. This day will be fun for the whole family. Supporting Alchemy TheatreThe show starts at 2:30. Tickets are $20 and include all the live music you can handle, and all the proceeds go to support the wonderful work of Alchemy Theatre. This community theatre company, based in Huntington and Barboursville, West Virginia, is intent on making the world better place by providing year-round professional entertainment and by empowering local artisans.
