Welcome to Lunch with Shelley! Today’s guest is Howard Mortman. He is easily one of the funniest people I have ever met – and he is the esteemed author of “When Rabbis Bless Congress” which I highly recommend! Today’s podcast also takes place for the first time at the Lafayette restaurant at the Hay Adams Hotel. Eating at the ‘Hay’ as we call it is pure joy. Sometimes I describe it as fancy Disneyworld, since to me it’s one of the friendliest and happiest places on earth, and the folks who work there are just superb!
