En el año 2000 escribí la primera versión (muy simple) de un recetario llamado "Comer para sanar". Luego el libro sería reeditado 4 años después, bajo la tutela de la Dra. Teresa Blanco, quien me instigó a sacarlo y gracias a ella se logró que sea auspiciado por la Fundación Ajinomoto. Pero ¿Por qué comer para sanar? Muy simple cuando comes para sanar te mantienes sano y no caes en la enfermedad que requiere curar.
