Comfort from Gramma

On Episode 50 of the Spiritual Seekers Podcast I am sharing a story that happened to my sister Mary recently. My sister began therapy a few months ago in an effort to better herself, to highlight patterns of being and to examine where they originated. One thing she knew she wanted to get to the bottom of was unworthiness. In a recent session with her therapist, they pulled forward the memory of being ignored by our father. She recalled how he'd pull up his newspaper and just tune her out. During this session my sister was guided to call on comfort from our maternal grandmother. That alone was healing, but in the following days she got the confirmation from our grandmother on the other side that her healing DID happen and that it WAS real... from pictures that surfaced to letters that suddenly found their way into her hands.
