Comfort in The Uncomfortable

from Flow Rising · host Flow Rising

Sit With Discomfort for Max Growth. Then Lean In and See What Comes Up   Running a business is a game that is 99% mental. You show up and do the work every day and sometimes you'll still feel like the business is stuck.    This week Stephen Krausse chats about how stuck is really not a state of being but more a state of thinking.   He muses, "And so if that's how we're feeling, if we're feeling like we're not getting that forward momentum, if we back up enough to say, what would it look like if I were getting the forward momentum that I think I want? And that can, that can help create an action list because you can say, okay, forward momentum would look like I had 20 new contacts a week to talk about, you know, in the case of, let's say, revenue, new new people in my in my sales funnel, or whatever, the one of the things I think that that we need."   Whenever you feel stuck start asking yourself questions to get to the root of what is really going on. You may find that you're not really stuck you're just scared.  Want to see more from Flow?
