I continue on about how all the past memories that are stored in our cells our DNA and how that came to my awareness every time I took a punch 🤛 all the past pain hurt and fears of the pain and hurt came flooding into my head forcing me to move backwards instead of forwards- this is so the same for almost all decisions we face in life. Most of the time we base them on our past experiences which kill our future growth because we always tend or want to avoid pain disappointments and fear. This is our life this is our moment- don't let past memories destroy the future! 🙌👊❤️
