Comic Issues #161 - The Battle For Your Love
from Comic Issues Podcast Hosted by Comic Issues Podcast
Original broadcast date March 12, 2014. The original podcast post is here: https://pixelatedgeek.com/2014/03/comic-issues-161-the-battle-for-your-love/ We're now in the second week of the Throne of Geekdom, where the icons of TV, movies, animation, comics, and games are fighting it out for your love. Remember, it's not who would win in a fight (because, really, then Superman wins everything.) It's a battle to see who you love the best. So on this week's podcast the crew talks about who's likely to take it all the way to the Throne, and who's going to get beaten into oblivion in the first week. Along the way we also talk about Microsoft possibly ditching Xbox, Marvel rewarding their digital buyers, and how 2018 is a liiiiittle long to wait for a new Avatar movie (the blue monkey-cat-people one, not the Airbenders.)
