Comic Issues #79 - Mentors

Original broadcast date August 15, 2012. The original podcast post is here: https://pixelatedgeek.com/2012/08/comic-issues-79-mentors/ The path of many young heroes is often led by a wise guide, someone who teaches them to the way and instills confidence when needed most. This week our young heroes Anthony, Daryck, and Leland from Movie Issues take a look at the mentor / ward relationship and find it's not always for the best. Was Batman really as good of a mentor to the Robins as we're told? Did Obi-Wan Kenobi destroy Luke Skywalker's life with one poor decision? These are the questions that must be asked, and Comic Issues is the right podcast to ask them!
