Comics Take on the News and Goat Interations - Part 1

Comics Take on the News is a live radio show on KBOO Community Radio in Portland, OR hosted by comedians Dani Schi and Cimberly Nickell, and featuring a rotating panel of comics. The show airs the 4th Monday of every month from 10pm PST - 12pm PST. This episode is the 1st half of a show they group spent a lot of time talking about goat interactions. This show features comedians: Dan Wiancko (@danwianckocomedy):  Dan has been doing comedy in the Portland scene for eight years. In 2021 he advanced to the semifinals in Portland’s Funniest Person Competition. He is a regular feature comic on showcases & hosting mics all over town. Wiancko has recently been deemed the hardest working man in the open mic game. Paddy’s every Sunday at 7:00. Every Saturday (summertime sometimes) he’s in Oregon City at Trails End Golf Center hosting the best outdoor golf mic to ever exist. In his youth, this dark comic managed to not get aborted.Ally J Ward (@allyjisgay):  Ally J Ward is a self proclaimed good girl and dumb baby. She is a queer and trans stand up comic, improviser and storyteller. Her comedy is dry up front, but silly and a bit petty as she settles in. In 2025, she was named Portland’s Funniest Person by her peers and the Willamette Week.Will Lampe (@will_lampe):  Will Lampe was runner up in “Portland’s funniest person” competition in 2024. He was also named a “New Face of Portland Comedy” by helium comedy club, and named one of "Willamette Week's funnies 5 comics in Portland" Will made his streaming debut on Veeps at the Newcommers showcase in Brooklyn, NY. He always tries his best and is a polite young man."
