Coming Home: Does God Even Care?

Have you ever felt that you have wandered far from God? Do you wonder how God feels about your life because of that? In this sermon series called “Coming Home” we see that there is no place that we can get to in our lives that is too far for us to be able to come back to God! Luke 15: 1-10 Why we think God doesn’t care: - I’m not that important - I’m too far gone - I’m not the kind of person He wants #1. People do care about God Luke 15: 1-2 If Christians never spend time with people who don’t know God, how will more people come to know the Lord? One day, we will account to God for the people the church has turned away from Him. #2. God does care about people Luke 15: 3-10 Not everybody would worry about 1 sheep lost out of 100. But God does. Anyone would be upset about losing a valuable coin. That is how God sees us. God’s love is extravagant. It is over the top for us.
