Coming of the Holy Spirit

This message celebrates Pentecost, the day the Holy Spirit was poured out on the disciples in Jerusalem and the church was born.What happened fifty days after Easter wasn't just a historical moment, it marked a seismic shift: the Spirit who once rested on select prophets and kings was now given to every believer, permanently. That's still our story. We carry the same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead, and Sunday is our chance to remember, celebrate, and ask God to stir up fresh courage, gifts, and new beginnings in us as a church.
