Comixtravaganza: Teen Center Advisor Danielle interviews the 'Getting Into Comics' Panel

On Saturday, January 26, the library celebrated the finale of a month-long "Comixtravaganza"-a system-wide celebration of comics, manga, graphic novels, and the artists who make them. The day began with a comic-making workshop, hosted by local cartoonist David Lasky. It continued with a panel called "Getting Into Comics," featuring local cartoonists and members of the comics industry. Ellen Forney, acclaimed cartoonist and illustrator, headlined with a multi-media presentation about her work.
