Command Down Button 👨🏽‍💻Episode #53

from In The Lab with Ruben Kanya · host Ruben Kanya

In this episode I discuss the importance of knowing your command + down arrow button in your business and in goals. I was journaling and realized I needed to google this question around finding an efficient way to get to the bottom of a long journal Vi google docs. The amount of time I was able to save was significant. The crazy part is that this is a process that I will continue to use for the rest of my life...therefore the amount of efficiency that I’ve just compounded over time is remarkable. The insightful Part was identifying that there was an inefficiency and that I had the insight to seek for help while asking a very ‘specific’ question to my problem....this part is so crucial, knowing WHAT and WHEN to seek for help to solve explore your growth in the right direction is key. Because the reality is that often we don’t ask the question because we don’t even know to ask it...therefore having the knowledge of knowing what you don’t know is key. Identifying that there may be a better way to do things is another....what is your command + down button in your endeavors? Have you given it some thought? #LETSBUILD
