Commencement

I'm an educator defying the crowd; I am cultivating creativity in a culture of conformity; I am called, creative, and curious and this is my Creative Cloud raining down some Confidence... We CAN do this! ________________________________ This is the first episode of a the Curious Nicole podcast created weekly by Nicole Colter for her students. It is unedited, because learning (and sharing our voice) is more important than perfection. The poem above is an extension of an assignment I used to launch my Fall 2021 Principles of Management Diversity chapter*. It represents who I most feel like right now, in this very moment of creating this product.
