Commentary - WANTED: New Council Person. Empty Suits need not apply.

I’m Wyatt Cox, and this is commentary.  The City of Ely is looking for a good man or woman to serve on the Ely City Council following the resignation of Samantha Elliot.  If you’re one of the ongoing gadflies who are always complaining, here’s your opportunity.  You perpetually kvetch and complain that the City or the County are doing the wrong thing. Why don’t y’all show us that you can do better?  Get in touch with a council member or the mayor by Thursday.  Go ahead, you think you can do better?  Or are you going to prove that by not standing for office, you’re just another empty suit?  Go ahead.  Stand up and don’t be a three-minute wonder in open comment or a Facebook Keyboard warrior.  See if you can perform as a councilperson…or just keep on bitching.  We’re watching...You wanna reply?
