Commercializing Our Slashers: When Does It Go Wrong?
from Tutor Reviews · host Romero Tutor
I honestly don't look to a slasher movie to be "fun" or excitingly hilarious, or anything to that extent... I really just want to be scared of them, intimidated, disturbed, etc. All the standard things a standard slasher should bring. Now being as though the genre is seemingly going through a resurgence right now, it's a good time to make sure any icons who have lost their way, find their way back immediately. Going from scary to silly is never a good thing for the big guys. Enjoy, people.
