Commission says changes are coming for non-profit fee waivers

The Box Elder County Commission on Wednesday approved a request to waive rental fees for the Fine Arts Building at the county fairgrounds for the Box Elder School District Foundation’s annual Jubilee of Trees, scheduled for Nov. 4-7.
