Today we talk about being committed to the process, because that is where it really goes down. That is where mindset matters most. It is where perspective is the difference between winning and losing. You know… CLARITY.

We talk about this and some interesting developments from the Cars.com UX which takes some cues from dating sites in the never ending search for the perfect process of searching for a new car.
