Common doesn’t have to be your normal: A conversation with Dr. Stacey

from Can't Call Your Mom with Nicole Weston · host Nicole Weston | Motherless mothers navigating life after motherloss

Dr. Stacey is a naturopathic doctor and has been working with women and their health for over 6 years. She believes that in order to fully recover from any health concern, the root cause must be determined and then treated. Each person deserves optimal wellness; it is important to find ways to nourish and take care of the mind and body in order to heal. She works to empower her patients so they are able to live a better quality of life. In her practice she focuses on helping women design a life that they love. She treats digestion, hormones, thyroid concerns, fertility, and is also a birth doula.  “I am on a mission to teach women that although their symptoms and experiences are common, they do not have to be their normal. I want mom's to know that they deserve to feel their best and that it is possible!”  I was called to become a birth doula and help mothers because in my first year of practice I saw gaps in the medical care system. I was finding that through pregnancy and beyond, mom's had a lot of questions that were not being answered. I wanted to be a source of information, and help moms feel empowered throughout their pregnancy and birth journey.  I am passionate about helping moms connect to the physical aspect of their bodies through pregnancy, post partum and beyond. I am on a mission to teach women that although their symptoms and experiences are common, they do not have to be their normal. I want to help women to understand what is happening in their bodies and help to have them feel as good as they possibly can!  www.thesparkinstitute.com Instagram: @drstaceygoldman Register for the 5 Day FREE Happiness Challenge: https://staceygoldman.clickfunnels.com/optin1586896821608
