“Communication”

On this episode of the BLX podcast, we discuss communication and the various ways to make it healthy and impactful. When we communicate, we do it with transparency. Transparency allows us to be clear and concise in our messaging. The emotion behind communicating for us is always love. We always want the vibration of love to be felt with each word that we share with each other. That level of mindfulness also speaks to the level of respect that you have for the other person that you’re speaking to, every action is a communication. Even our animals and our pets with their actions they also communicate. Let’s pay attention to the power of communication. Let’s embrace the power of healthy communication because we are all transmitters of energy.
