Have you ever had something you wanted to say to a friend, family member or partner but didn't quite know how to say it without hurting the others feelings or making them feel bad? Effective communication is essential to living a happy life in my opinion. If we cannot effectively communicate to each other what we want, we will go around life being frustrated and angry. Nobody wants that. This is the first episode of a small series on communication so that we can all learn how, when, why and what we want to say when it counts the most.
