Over the course of her 11 year career Jenn has started to realize the importance of communication and connection as a form of care for her clients. This pushed her to write her book ' communication is care: 9 empowering strategies to guide patient healing'. This conversation highlights the importance of communication and we cover some of the 9 strategies she discusses in her book.
