Communication when not easy!

Today's world seems like we are around. People who are on edge, or they don't necessarily have the emotions to deal with what we're talking about. On today's show I will be talking about communication during those difficult times. How do you communicate with someone Who is a narcissist or even a boss? I have had many situations where I've had to do with a lot of things. And you know, we're not always perfect going through it, but if we stay consistent, keep our intention better. Ground our anxiety and breathe into what's happening. Many times we don't get into other people's energies. When can stay more in our own energy life is a little more gracious. I'll help you with some examples of how i have done that.
