Communion Sunday
from LifeRock Church Hosted by LifeRock Church
Communion is one of the most meaningful practices we share as believers. It’s not just a tradition, but a reminder of Jesus’ sacrifice and His deep love for us. The bread points us to His body broken for our healing, and the cup reminds us of His blood poured out for the forgiveness of our sins. In this simple act, we see the heart of the gospel. Jesus gave His life so we could have life in Him. When we take communion, we pause to reflect, to examine our hearts, and to receive God’s grace with gratitude. It’s a moment of remembrance, but also of renewal. We’re reminded that His mercy makes us worthy, not our own efforts, and that through Him we find forgiveness, peace, and restoration. Communion also looks ahead to the promise of Jesus’ return. Every time we take the bread and the cup, we proclaim His death until He comes again. In a world filled with uncertainty, communion anchors us in hope. It’s a sacred time that draws us closer to Christ, unites us as His people, and points us to the day when we will share the meal with Him in His kingdom. Subscribe to Our Channel! New to LifeRock?
