Community Development: Itsani Old Gogos Football Club

Itsani Old Gogos Football Club, established in 2011 by Mavis Nekhwevha, Agnes Phaduli and Erick Ramavhale, is a powerful example of community-driven development through sport. The team began with players pooling their own money to buy soccer gear, demonstrating commitment and resilience. Over time, they secured sponsors and gained recognition, with some players participating in major events such as the Golden Games and the COSAFA Cup.
