The Good Food Purchasing Program (GFPP) creates opportunities for public institutions to use their food purchasing power to increase supply chain transparency and strengthen local and regional food systems in the six core value areas of local economies, health, valued workforce, animal welfare, racial equity, and environmental sustainability.
